Our family had a fantastic stay at this resort in July! The pool access rooms were a wonderful feature, allowing us to swim from room to room. The staff was wonderful, making our holiday truly memorable. However, some elements like check-in and dining could use improvement, and the customer service experience was quite inconsistent.
