Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

great pool complimentary water helpful staff
I enjoyed access to a great pool and a convenient bar. The room included two complimentary bottles of water daily. Staff members are helpful and readily available for assistance. I found them very approachable. Breakfast had good options for vegetarians, and the chef was accommodating with additional requests.
The fitness room's AC was not functional so I could not use it.

Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. This provided peace of mind. The staff supported us in every way when my wife had a motor accident. Their commitment and genuine Thai interest was appreciated.

The location is close to the main beach. It is also near restaurants and shops. A seven eleven store sells holiday necessities. Transportation to the beach is readily available. Local buses provide transport to Karon beach and town.

The hotel restaurant is amazing. Thai curries were superb! The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The breakfast options were good and the chef was very helpful. He made us more veggie options.

Wonderful Stay with Pool Access

covered patio reasonably priced food courtesy bus
The swim up pool room patio was covered. This allowed us to relax on the loungers despite rain. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. A courtesy bus provided transportation to the beach. I will definitely book again at this hotel.
The bed sheets had worn sections and some stains. Towels also showed wear and had stains. Dirty towels were provided on three occasions during my two week stay. I wouldn't stay here again because of this.

This location is a little quieter than other beaches such as Kata and Patong. The hotel is conveniently close to Rawai Beach. Restaurant options are available nearby.

The resort has a pool bar for beverages. Multiple free shuttles travel to and from the beach. The gym offers a quieter area for resting and reading.

underwhelming experience

smelly sheets uncomfortable bed
the pool was nice (i especially liked the pool bar).
The room smelled strongly of humidity upon arrival. it didn't feel clean. The sheets and towels also had an unpleasant smell. the bed was very uncomfortable.
